When are we available?
We can be available on any day if sufficient notice is provided.
How much notice do we need?
The more notice you can give the more chance we have of providing you with the most suitable therapists for your special party. We have organised parties at less than 24 hours notice so if you’re stuck for a party idea give us a call. If we can help you we will.
How can we pay?
You can use your credit card over the phone; payment is required at least 5 working days before your appointment time.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a 25% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your party with less than 24 hours notice then you will forfeit the entire balance
Can other guests be present even if they do not want to have any treatments?
Yes, of course they can. However, please make sure prior to the appointment that your additional guests really do not want to have any treatments. Witnessing the therapists at work may just be too tempting.
Do I have to get undressed for massage/beauty treatment?
No you stay fully clothed for all of our services

Yes we are professionally trained to provide our entire range of services.
Can we combine beauty, massage and hair treatments?
Yes of course, just let us know what you would like in advance so we can organise the appropriate stylists and therapists
Will you try to sell us anything?
No, definitely not. This is your party, the objective is that you and your guests can be relaxed and pampered, not subject to an unwelcome sales pitch. If you would like information about any of the beauty products we use we are more than happy to share that information with you
Do you have a policy regarding alcohol?
We advise that the consumption of alcohol is kept to a minimum before you receive your massage or beauty treatment. We will not accept bookings if we consider the consumption of alcohol may affect the client’s ability to receive safe treatments.
What length is short, medium, long?
Short is layered hair no longer than the top of a collar
